The general regulation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) entered into force today, on 25 May 2018. Who administrates your data?
Your data are administrated by the portal http://www.kdepot.eu.

How do we obtain your data?
The data that we process, were provided by you during the registration process at kdepot.eu or when subscribed to the kdepot.eu newsletter.

Why do we process your data?
The main goal of data processing is handling of the submitted papers at kdepot.eu to be published on-line, and to perform statistical analysis of said papers. Your data are also processed during the newsletter sending process.

You can always revoke your consent to your data processing by contacting kdepot.eu administrator at admin@kdepot.eu

How long do we retain your data?
Your data are retained until you ask us to remove said data.

What are your rights regarding processing of your data?
We fulfill all your rights regarding the private data protection in view of GDPR, such as the right to access, corrections, and removal of your data. As well as the right to limit its processing, the right to move, the right to limit automating processing (automatic profiling) and the right to refuse its processing.

You can request the following regarding your private data:
  1. correction (data corrections)
  2. removal of the data that are processed without your assent
  3. stop the data processing
  4. ask to get access to your data (including information and working copies)
  5. removal of your data to another Administrator or to yourself (Article 20 GDPR)
Such a request can be forwarded to admin@kdepot.eu. To be sure that you are authorized to send said request, we may ask you some additional information in order to verify the identity of the requester.

The scope of each of these rights and the situations in which they can be used result from the law. The rights that you can use depends, for example, on the legal basis for using your data and the purpose of its processing.

In which circumstances you can oppose processing of your data?
You have the right to oppose your personal data from being processed, when:
  1. the processing of your personal data is based on a legitimate interest or for statistical purposes, and the opposition is justified by the particular situation in which you have found yourself
  2. your personal data are being processed for the marketing use, including they are being profiled for marketing use
Starting from 25th of May 2018, you can use your right to oppose your data from being processed.

With whom do we share your data?
We don share your data with anyone.

Do we share your data with the organisations outside the EU?

Do we process your data in an automatic way (including profiling) in a way that your rights are affected?
